Old-timers argue that at the dawn of the village, the streets were located in a completely different direction, in a lower and muddy place. Back in the mid-40s, on the site of the village, one could find several Korean fanz and very few Russian huts. After the end of World War II, a female correctional colony was located in the village, and a little later Japanese prisoners of war were placed on this place.<br><br>Great changes in the village took place after the May 1966 Plenum of the Central Committee of the CPSU, which adopted a program of grandiose land reclamation construction in the Far East. The first main developer of the village and rice plantations is considered to be the Khanka Construction Department of the Primvodstroy Trust of the USSR Ministry of Land Reclamation and Water Management.<br><br>Since 1993, a limited liability partnership „Granit” has in the village.
